He?s got my faith as a head coach of this basketball team. I feel strongly that he will do what it?s going to take over a number of years to build it back to where it can be successful.

He inherited a situation that was very difficult, so to hold him to that bar is not realistic. He will be, but not right now. His job is to build a program that can be consistently competitive or successful.

Over the next several years, I don?t see this getting anything but more difficult.
