I think this team has done a good job, even when we were losing last year, of forgetting about the game before, ... This team is really resilient. Right now, we're just building on success.

It has become a very hostile working environment. It's like working on a plantation. It's hard to greet passengers with a smile when you have employers constantly harassing employees.

I'm hoping that we don't have to strike. This dispute has gone on long enough, and it needs to be settled now.
