We're looking everyday at how we are going to keep the jersey, but the team is not so strong now.

It is important that we go for a win on the last stage as this will give us plenty of confidence going into the European season.

Do not hoard or panic, ... I see it looking a little better everyday.

Wear is looking to be our fourth spot on the team. She is a real strong contender for that position.

We need to find out how we can become the team we were for so long. Looking at it from this perspective, it's not like we're going in at 6 a.m. and playing football or doing anything crazy.

The team has not really had the finishes we are looking for in these last few races together. Each week we have had competitive cars. This weekend, the car was so good that we feel like it could have taken us to victory lane.
