We're looking at utilizing the resources from the other agencies, [the] Department of Agriculture and Department of Corrections are assisting in the landscaping, Public Works with their electricians and carpenters to do some of the other things and that's helped us to keep costs down.

This is private property! This is not a government entity. This is not a government facility.

We're working with the mayor's in basically identifying the best spots for these places, based on lessons learned from the old sirens. The footprints of the different villages have actually expanded. We're also working with some of the different businesses in the areas.

SBA's disaster declaration was issued as a result of a similar action taken by the Secretary of Agriculture to help farmers recover from damages and losses of crops caused by drought that occurred Feb. 1, 2005, and continuing.
