We're looking at getting development permits this year. The intention is to go right into the design of lots.

This additional (display design) win from this well known manufacturer is representative of a trend we established last year to diversify our customer base and penetrate target vertical markets.

We know the clock is ticking. We need to have the architects create a design and have the plan ready to present to the public by May.

I feel that the design with the central island is appealing. It's easily accessible for customers, has a nice large counter area, and is completely surrounded by impulse items like candy and magazines.

It's in final design phase right now.

It actually says, 'Includes new opening theme song' right on the back of the package, and it's not in microscopic letters. It's bigger than the text description of the season.
