We're heading into the typically slower summer months, and it's slow already. It's hard to imagine a sustained rally taking hold.

Prices have gone up this summer, instead of declining as they typically have done during the warmer months; they are at levels twice as high as a year ago,

And a sustained strike or even simply the threat of one _ reaching into the typically slow January period could be devastating to many productions.

Winter months tend to be slower. We really have to wait until spring and summer ? the peak of the housing market ? to see if this was a seasonal effect or if it really is some moderation in housing activity.

I'd like to see a summer rally. I guess there's no guarantee. But overall, I think we're still pretty bullish. The economy is still very strong, and global growth continues to be pretty solid, and the companies that we focus on I think can do well, even if we see some moderate slowdown in the economy.
