We're going to keep an eye on that group of swimmers and try to get them to be just a little faster. That was the fastest 200 free relay team we've had in a long time.

They swam really well against a 5A team. We're in a good place for this time of season.

For the most part we're exactly we're we want to be. The conditioning is there all we need now is to get some rest and see how we perform over the next two weeks.

A little pressure is good but we don't want it to be too much. Also, when swimmers always swim the same events, it gets a little stale after a while. We decided to mix things up.

We've had a lot of close meets this season. This is one of the teams that beat us last year, so we're very excited. Our team is driven by close competition.

We're working on endurance. Hopefully we'll see faster times in this area next week because the kids are really tired right now.
