We're excited about this upgrade. This is the kind of equipment you'll find at some of the biggest papers in the country, and there's only a handful in the state.

We have completed the assessment, rectification and upgrade of our critical systems and equipment as of June 30, 1999.

Printing on newsprint is a lot different than printing at a photo lab. Newsprint absorbs a lot of ink, and each color is on a different plate and roller. So, if just one color plate is out of line, it can throw the whole photo out of register.

The system has an automatic eye and it makes adjustments almost instantaneously. This means we can get the photo registered much faster.

I don't even read the papers. I read 'USA Today' because it has color photos.

I am kind of excited, but I don't want just that. I want to go farther than that.
