We're continuing to move forward. The idea of the setback of time is not really an issue. I had a couple of other coaches in mind and I visited with them over the weekend.

Although in three visits we went through 10 hours of interviews, I knew in the first 20 minutes Dickey was the right fit for our program.

We are happy to have Dickey. We will support him and follow his leadership.

There's a couple coaches I've contacted to see if there may be some interest on their part, and there is. There's a real possibility one could be here Wednesday to visit the schools. We'll see what the next 48 hours bring.

We have been talking for a few days, and really it just started coming together last night. We met last night for about five hours at my house.

A lot of times, shooting becomes contagious, and once they started knocking down shots, there wasn't a lot we could do about it.
