We're coming around. They're a fun group to coach, but you never know what is coming next. The good thing is they never get rattled. We lost the lead and then came right back and scored.

Although we're not happy with being the runner-up I'm happy for Mark. They did a good job on Campbell, but she still got 20 rebounds (14 on the defensive board). I'm so proud of this team. Nobody thought we'd be here (in the final).

I basically have a whole new team. I don't think anybody expected us to be here, but these kids never give up.

That might be one of the only times I've seen Carly cry. Letting down the team and making them run really burned her.

She's the most competitive player I've ever coached or played with. And I consider myself very competitive.
