We're building momentum. We're putting ourselves in a good position to have a good seed in the (Missouri Valley) tournament.

We needed that win to stay competitive.

This could have been a momentum builder going into the conference tournament, but we couldn't rebound ... If we could have gotten one more rebound in the last five minutes of the game, we could have won.

I hope we're peaking at the right time here soon so we can go into the tournament with some momentum. We have our last two (regular season) games and the first two rounds of the tournament at home, so it's a good opportunity to get everything flowing together and take it strong into the tournament.

Missouri State is a great team. We now know how the Missouri Valley Conference is underrated and probably Creighton and Missouri State should be in (the NCAA Tournament).

Going into [the Penguins Cup], we are used to being the No. 1 seed. But I give Quaker Valley all the credit in the world. Absolutely, positively, they deserve to be where they are.
