We're asking the Supreme Court: If we release the money, can we operate the airport [already]?

We are doing coordination work with the Air Transportation Office and with the airline companies to prevent the delays.

We encourage our passengers to check in at least three hours before their scheduled flights. We don't want to cause them any inconvenience or delay brought about by the implementation of airport safety and security inspections and procedures.

The schedule of the terminal's opening has yet to be decided. We fear that there are legal issues that may be jeopardized if we open or do a dry run.

The terminal is 98 percent completed and the two percent unfinished portion will be completed by March 31.

We are calling off any trial test runs scheduled at the end of the month until such time that we are fully assured of the safety, not only of the area affected by the collapse, but of the entire terminal.
