We're all tired from the last three days, but we put all that behind. How are you going to feel tired, especially in the playoffs?

That's how baseball is. You could be throwing 20 innings in a row without anybody scoring. You could strike everybody out. But there's going to be a stretch of the season where you have your bad time. Right now I feel like I've been going through that.

Maybe they'll let me pitch 10 or 15 innings. I know for sure they don't want me to pitch ... but I don't want to sit at home for four months doing nothing.

When I started the season, I just wanted to stay healthy; that was goal No. 1. I also wanted to save 35-40, but 40 was the number on my mind. I still have a month to go.

I couldn't make the right pitch at the right moment. I'm disappointed the way I pitched today. At the same time, I'm happy because I had a great year. I've just got to hold my head up high.

I think it was close enough to call [a strike]. He didn't, though. So it was a ball.
