We're a work in progress. We've got to stick together and be patient, and these kids will come along. Shoot, I'm not going to give up on them.

Our kids are starting to come together. After that Fleming game, they could have gotten down but they didn't. Of course, it makes a difference when you've got your whole team.

I approach all my work as a spiritual mission.

Kids think they are invincible and figure nothing will happen to them, ... When they get to the street corner, all they are thinking is, 'I want to get across that street.'

Moving has been a work in progress and will continue into January. A lot of those folks have already made the move, but it will be next month before everyone is physically moved.

What comes live Monday is the efforts to improve the system but this will be a work in progress. The system will allow for daily updates.
