We're a lot more comfortable. More than that, we have higher expectations. We know that we are capable of more than we thought we were last year.

It's grown quite a bit in the last several months and certainly this year, we've even exceeded our own expectations and that's the challenge that we're facing now and working to address.

She knows the tradition, the expectations for several years and she hasn't backed off from either of those. She's stepped right up. Sometimes kids aren't too confident competing. She thinks it's really fun. She's very motivated to get better. She doesn't mind hard work.

We did anticipate growth, but even the growth that we've experienced has exceed our own expectations.

There was an ongoing agenda there.

Being confident is the big thing. Also, not limiting yourself. More than anything, it's making the most of the experience that you have. Not everyone has this experience. It's really an amazing opportunity.
