Well, the sheriff's station got some calls and some leads and they followed those up but unfortunately it's nothing yet.

You know Lori, there's some questions the detectives just can't answer, that only the sheriff can address. We have called repeatedly and have asked for a return call to maybe schedule a meeting and unfortunately, we haven't gotten one.

And when you say DNA, you mean anyone who's remotely a suspect may have been in the apartment has been tested and no match? ...to DNA found at the scene.

We've asked for a meeting with the sheriff numerous times, and he never has any time or even the courtesy to return my phone calls. This is very upsetting to me.

I won't cook in deep fat. Years ago, I met a fireman who said most kitchen fires were caused by deep fat, and I don't think that's changed. Oven chips are good enough for my grandchildren, and they're chuffed with that.
