We'll start Craig. Marcus [Williams] really likes having Craig in the game. It's almost like Khalid [El-Amin] always wanting Rip [Richard Hamilton] in the game - it's someone to take the burden of ball handling off him.

Both against Albany and tonight, although in different ways, these teams forced Marcus Williams to make plays to beat them. And Marcus took advantage of the opportunity both times. He was magnificent.

[The lack of a second point guard] is clearly our Achilles' heel on this team. When Marcus wasn't distributing the ball as well [like in the overtime loss to Syracuse last Thursday in New York], we struggle. There is no more important player in the Tournament.

We aren't overrated, we are misconstrued. We've got three big players and two wings but only one guard (Williams). We have to be able to create for others and we only have one guy that can do it.

[Williams and Price have retained their scholarships, but the suspensions eliminate them from team activities, including the trip to Springfield. The two continue to have access to academic resources.] Penalties have to be imposed, ... It was stupid and selfish. Mainly, it was non-thinking... It is serious because they violated other students' rights. For those who have notoriety, responsibility is part of that.
