We'll need a lot of volunteers to open their homes. We won't place any of those until after May 1 when we know who is certified for the ride.

Each subcommittee has a time frame in which they need to get their stuff finished in. Once they finalize that, they have to go through their brainstorm, they have to make their contacts, and they have to finalize [their plan].
