Well, Jamie, that's my dog already. When he came in the studio and sang, it feels like he resurrected Ray's soul. I didn't want to do it at first, but when he sang, it pulled it all together.

(Mrs. Grossman) feels that when things get really tense, if you can pet a dog, it makes a difference.

I feel so much better. I can already tell how much better it feels than it did before that procedure. I can straighten it out and not feel anything. There was so much scar tissue around the nerve that it was painful. It's similar to what [Eric] Gagne had. They freed up the nerve and I'm 100 percent better. I'm just about ready to go. I should be ready for games around the time of the Fall League.

It's a continuation. It feels like we were in the studio for 16 years. It was bottled up and this album was an outpouring.

If you have the opportunity to play this game of life you need to appreciate every moment. a lot of people don't appreciate the moment until it's passed.
