We'll have American cuisine with a French or Italian influence depending on the season. We want a seasonal menu that'll change four times a year.

We're going to offer our guests a great wine list to go along with their meal. All the big wine regions are represented, France, Italy, Spain, Argentina, Chile, South Africa, and of course the U.S.
