Weight isn't a factor in nutritional health.

Your own personal health is your own personal choice, all the way down the line.

This isn't about the children's weight. It's about their health. I'm a person who had a weight problem as a child, and I know that putting a child on a diet and giving them that mind-set probably never helped anyone.

Maintaining a proper weight is an important factor in long-term overall health. Eating a variety of whole foods that aren't overly processed in moderation also helps.

I'm very fortunate that I have a wonderful family around me and loved ones.
