We'd tie cans to our (cars) and drag them through the street and there would be fireworks. You make noise for a long and happy life.

You stay home, stay in the house.

Everybody gathers together, your parents and relatives and you don't go to sleep. The custom is to stay up all night. It's good luck.

You wouldn't even know they were there. No noise, no roaring cars through the parking lot. They aren't loud or boisterous. I don't think the community could be any more pleased.

For the most part, it is street-licensed cars. It is not the Indianapolis 500.
