Weather affects everything we do. We have a live radar that monitors everything from rain to lightning.

We need to come in and make the field play the way our players like it.

Three years ago, I had to make that decision to hold the game. It can be nerve-racking, especially with 70,000 people in a stadium with aluminum stands.

I work specifically with the athletic department on all of the fields here at UK. My crew is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and game preparation of six different sports fields.

It's probably the largest weather disaster we've had in years.

We are not looking at just the obviously dangerous activity but looking at terrorist fund raising, terrorist recruiting efforts, training efforts, maybe logistical support efforts, and ... signatures.
