We would probably hurt more people than we would help with this legislation.

While the people of New Orleans and other affected areas clearly need help, I am not convinced that this legislation will provide it,

It's a great opportunity to be seen. They can help you, but they can also hurt you if you're not prepared.

I keep telling them I'm glad they weren't around about 230 years ago when this country was being founded. People have to get informed and become involved, no matter who you are. All ideas start with just one person.

It's close to even. It's unfortunate I got hurt, but that's the way it goes. I came back in and tried to make things happen, but we came up short.

This is just an easy way for us to help, and it doesn't hurt for people to come in and have some lunch and dinner. It's a way to funnel their money down south.
