We would have sued the Forest Service if the Forest Service had tried to approve it on a Categorical Exclusion.

If they don't, then they get sued... and we'll get it on the ballot.

The reason I brought this is if I ran into those (expletives). They sued us ... (so) they should have a bit of honor.
