We work very hard to keep the homes in good repair. At this time we are in the process of installing new garage doors, seven or eight each year; installing new roofs when necessary; and we have installed gutter guards in the past year.

I am very proud of the things we are able to do. We put out small flags on each property on all the national holidays. We have an annual picnic. Last year we installed a large flagpole and flag on Lowell Avenue where our neighborhood sign stands.

There are 39 units and the homes do not stay for sale very long, unless they are priced too high.

The world is filled with willing people; some willing to work, the rest willing to let them.

I beg to differ with the word dysfunctional. The families I work with have issues that many families can relate to.

These players have worked hard to make this season successful and continue to work hard. They don't like to lose and now they have tasted victory. We just need to continue to work hard each and every day whether it be in practice or in our next match.
