We are putting our efforts into cost savings, and all these savings will be put into marketing and sales incentives.

Hopefully in the future, generational challenges will be measured by achievement, not gender.

Will that turns to sales? Maybe, maybe not, but the incentives certainly are going to help the consumer come back.

It's questionable, though, how long it will take for the Red Hat sales and marketing team to gain competence in selling an application platform, which is much further 'up the stack' than the operating system.

In particular Greg's strong background in sales and marketing will be valuable as we continue to expand initiatives to support our strategy.
