We were too perimeter-oriented. Toledo played a mixture of defenses and they really had us on our heels. We were just settling for 3s.

We got a little perimeter-oriented, which allowed them to become more and more aggressive.

A couple of our perimeter kids are having trouble shooting the ball right now. They'll have to shoot better when we play the conference teams. I thought our defense played pretty well the whole game. It's hard to hold a team to 50 points.

Nick has been solid all summer. He's played in the Lima Juniors and Toledo Juniors and dedicated himself to getting better. He's playing great and is really striking the ball well.

I think we've played a lot of good defenses, but they're the best. The key is that they don't have just one thing they do so well. They do everything well and there aren't any obvious weaknesses.
