We were told to preserve the tree corridor.

There is no doubt in our minds there is an extraordinary value for the preservation of this. It is not for everybody. There is clearly a premium to pay for it.

We gave up on Elgin six to seven months ago. We now have a full-blown permit to submit for sewage treatment for the east side of the development. It will take six to nine months for a permit for the west side.

Keep 'em clear of things like leaves and tree branches and stuff. They run hot.
