We were tired (after a draining 47-34 victory Wednesday against Class 6A New Port Richey Mitchell), but games like this get us pumped up. It would hurt us so bad to lose to any team around here.

She's a real good teammate and a real good person. She's a foreign exchange student. I would be interested in her, too, and learning about her. There's no jealousy.

It feels real good. Nobody thought we could do it.

You don't win many games when you're missing that many free throws, but we got the victory.

There are another six games and they'll decide everything. We'll seek a victory against Hungary at any price and will wait for the match against Croatia. We still have a chance to qualify because surprises are possible.
