We were successful because of the pitching and home run hitting of Eric Federico and Leroy Hunt. We'll play a different game. We don't have the slugging power.

We're not rebuilding. We're going from where we left off - we're going to play just as hard. (Last year's) junior class is darn good.

If you're a competitor, any loss hurts you. I don't think it will hurt our team - we'll be fine. That's a Division I team, and we're Division IV.

It was hard on me, especially not being able to play, and you put being away from home on top of that.

We just need to play loose and aggressive and take care of our home court. We don't need to lose at home anymore.

It was nice to play in front of our home crowd since we hadn't played at home since Sept. 1. Weston Ranch is a very scrappy team and they play with a lot of heart. Our execution wasn't as crisp as I would have liked it, but we were able to control the tempo of the match.
