We wanted to step it up and show everybody that we're for real. We're starting to peak, hopefully.

I told my coach that I've never felt so good in my life before a match in my life. We finally got one.

I like this place a lot. I was real nervous about how I'd react when I first came in. This isn't anything compared to some tournaments I've wrestled in before. This feels like just another Saturday tournament. (But) there's a lot of cameras and a lot of reporters.

Harmon Killebrew was a gem. I can never thank him enough for all I learned from him. He was a consummate professional who treated everyone from the brashest of rookies to the groundskeepers to the ushers in the stadium with the utmost of respect.
