We wanted to give him some meaty projects. Unfortunately, he got traded. We were trying to give him some projects he could sink his teeth into when he got traded.

We have a program where we're trying to improve training for the operation and maintenance of all of our projects and the ministries technical capacity to support these projects.

The county has never said that it is opposed to these projects, nor is it trying to kill these projects. We are trying to determine each company's ability to pay their fair share.
