We wanted a magazine regarded with taste, worldliness, authority, great photography and great writing. To take a magazine from scratch and build that reputation would take years, but we could already have it if we built on Vogue.

The clothes are not right off the runway. They're classic and wearable. They're not super- extreme European looks.

I remember ... how crazy this place was. I kind of got my first taste. We went downtown and saw everybody going nuts. That's really the first time I got a taste of this rivalry and what it means to everybody.

I've always though the Beckley V-A-M-C had the authority to assist with transportation, but we need to have that question answered right away. Then, we'll work with the Beckley V-A to restore their transportation through whatever means possible.

Our girls felt sick after the last game against them. The girls said they wanted to get that bitter taste out.
