We wanted a location where we could be close to a bunch of great, talented people.

We had interaction with so many people: governor's office, mayors, economic development councils. We even got a letter from a mother.

We're taking on people who have technical skills who also fit our culture and are excited about our innovation mission as fast as we possibly can.

All of us are smarter than any of us.

We are looking forward to a long relationship with ASU and hope to make a positive contribution to their educational mission.

It's about what they need to do to sell themselves. Most young people are very shy. A little bit of confidence will help the employer remember them.
