We want to expand where we don't have retail capabilities. (We) want to provide full service to all of our clients across the region.

The communities of Phelan and Wrightwood are isolated. They have a dial tone and telephone service locally. It is telephone service out to the world and to 911 that they do not have.

We just did a nice job handling their pressure.
