We saw that the base had been worn, but it was worn uniformly. We put the cushion back on and continued to grade it. The jockeys and the [exercise riders] said it was great when training resumed.

The farm is a beautiful farm, and they had great plans. I think they were looking into acquiring another farm in the area, to expand even further, bring in brood mares and have a place for the brood mares to live.

Hopefully, we'll move on to a new era. The company is committed to making it an integrated facility.

Our field sizes have been huge.
