As we look back, it was a good move; it was a good investment.

You want to avoid flipping the unit. You want someone to live there for a certain minimum amount of time. On the flip side of that is, after you fulfill your obligation, you may be transferred to another school. You may get married and move. People's lives take different turns.

We've already searched this area for well over a year and we felt this was the best site to suit the needs of our schools, No one knows their town or city or village better than the staff.... It could be the village offers land we didn't know of.

Our support facilities weren't growing at the same pace as our new schools.
