We think we're reasonable. I wouldn't characterize it as conservative, but moderate.

We will not do anything to negatively impact (Gary) hospitals.

If they go well, we'll build more.

It's hard to imagine, unless there's a devil in the details, how anybody can give somebody $290 million without any strings attached. There's a string, so we have to dig it up. It could be a lot of conditions or contingencies.

I take issue with their very aggressive projections. There's no way they can generate that kind of money. It's not realistic. It doesn't mean anything.
