We talked as a team that his was a big game. If we won we'd be up by 10 points, if we lost we'd be up by six, so we wanted to put some distance between the teams behind us. It doesn't matter how pretty the wins are, we have to get as many points as we can.

We talked a lot about their big guy -- he can score 30 points a game. We sort of picked our poison and said let's defend him as best we can and know where their two best shooters are and hope they don't get hot.

A punch like that goes around the league in a hurry, ... But we have talked at length to him in the past about being a physical factor without just squaring off against the other team's tough guy and getting into a situation where teams are reacting to what he's doing on the ice in terms of who he's hitting and how hard he's hitting, and that's the role we've seen so far.

The other team was disciplined. We weren't. You give the other team a five-on-three twice [in the second period], and you shoot yourself in the foot.

If we could have scored some points in the third quarter, we could have won the game.

That was a big game, including the way we won it.
