We take incredibly seriously the fact that something we could have done may have averted this tragedy. The child died as a result of abuse.

It is hard to express my feelings upon learning that the actions of a Department of Children & Families employee led to the endangerment of this child.

She described the children in her chronological notes as being happy. She described them as being clean and appeared to be well cared for.

It's a shame that someone would use a tragedy and spread inaccurate information.

For organizations and employees alike, the only real security is the ability to grow, change and adapt.

The tragedy is that Dell didn't win it - we lost it,
