We run around so much - with the best intentions: I want to save the rain forest. I've gotta clean up the oceans. I've gotta save the dolphins. All worthy efforts, but if you're not centered and you don't have the serenity in your life you need to accomplish that task, you're not going to do a very good job.

Clean up your own mess.

I want to go to Washington and clean up Kay Hagan's mess.

I realize I don't do a very good job in keeping up to date, but I try to.

They do a good job of protecting the surgical area and making sure it's clean while they're operating on a patient, but they do very little out in the emergency room. They do very little for their public spaces, ... Anybody could unintentionally, or worse intentionally, walk in while infected, exposing a tremendous population of people who are already susceptible.

All of them did some good things. All of them have some things that they need to clean up. It's still going to be pretty competitive going into the fall.
