We recommend parents come with their kids because some of videos are graphic. We are not trying to scare the youngsters, we just want them to be more educated so they can make better choices.

This is a statewide program offered by the CHP. We have had a good response. The purpose of the program is to reduce fatal accidents, which is the leading cause of deaths for people between 16 and 20. Sixty-five percent of the passengers killed in traffic accidents are riding with young drivers.
