We provide personnel transportation for the British as well as aerial support while the British Soldiers perform vehicle inspections at random intersections throughout the area. The crew kept a watchful eye from the helicopter while providing convoy escorts for troops traveling through the area on their way north.

This is a profligate prison for us all, it's a hellish hole we soldiers have been hauled to because they blame us for losing the war in America.

It's wonderful [the affirmation]. We want to support the Soldiers any way we can.

So for, you know, for a good 20 years now I've been involved with veterans and soldiers and in support of them no matter what they're doing.

The point is I support our soldiers and I think about them every day, Tim and I both do. We know what's going on and we pray for them, we pray for their families. Every time it comes across the news that we've lost another soldier, it affects me the same way as it did when we lost the first few hundred soldiers at the beginning of the war. I've still not forgotten about them and I never will. They're the reason we live in a free country not just [this] war but any that we've fought before.
