We placed second. This is the first year of the team, and today, we've got first- to eighth-graders here.

This is a way for girls to build self-esteem and learn the basics of cheering, stunting and tumbling. I love to watch their faces after they get done performing because they are so excited.

People that were at the first performance will see a huge improvement. We're a completely different team.

These girls have come a long way from when we first started. They're fearless, and they jump right into advanced skills.

We accept that our performances have not been up to standard, but we are not going to run away or hide from the problems. We will address them and look for long-term solutions.

I don't understand this jury, ... But I have one consolation: (Nichols and Timothy McVeigh) are still going to be tried in Oklahoma City.
