We needed to pick it up. We needed to come together as a team and find some team chemistry, not just be individual players.

A lot of it comes from our team chemistry. Last year and this year, we just all like being together. We all love volleyball and want to win.

Our team chemistry is great. We have great coaches who piece everything together.
