We need to put out a unified message that downtown is working. We need to move forward with a positive message.

There's so much more need for experienced managers, it's become clear to us that we can't accept the kind of turnover we used to have.

Our message is, no matter what side of the issue your are on, get out there and vote. We want a clear message. Absolutely.

You have to set boundaries and say no. The biggest challenge with part-time work is that the work creeps to full time. Nobody else is going to manage that for you.
