We need to learn to communicate better. When we play well, we communicate well. We need to learn how to do that to be more successful.

These sophomores have limited experience at the varsity level. But they are all playing very well as of now.

Megan is out right now and Lindsay has been playing since she was a freshman on varsity. Mindy (a 6-foot-1 right-side hitter) gives us a lot of height up front.

We have a very strong group of players coming back from last year. We still need to get a lot better, but the conference looks pretty even right now and hopefully we can battle and be somewhere in the running.

We have some people who can swing, we just have to figure out how to pass and set to get them the ball.

They're a tough team. They play with a lot of intensity and they're very fundamentally sound.
