We need a single technological chain to implement national projects throughout the entire power vertical, from the government and federal bodies of power to the municipalities.

In essence, priority national projects are the mechanism that will help us improve the living standards of every Russian citizen.

The Cold War was a boring thing. Nobody gets better for it. Tremendous money is wasted. Our lives get more difficult. We look at each other as enemies. What's good in that? In any case, I will do anything in my power in order to stop another Cold War, with the U.S. or any other country in the world.

The proposed plan is a step toward Ukraine. But this step fully accounts for the interests of Russian producers and the state.

I believe prospects for our energy cooperation are very bright indeed. It is only natural that a powerful, dynamically developing country like China is showing an interest in Russia's energy sector, while [Russian] companies are undoubtedly interested in the huge Chinese market, which offers plenty of room for teamwork.

I've never tried to measure myself on any scale. A person is more multifaceted than the label they often get stuck with. On the other hand someone's whole behaviour allows you to characterise them in a certain way. This person has liberal convictions, that person has conservative ones, this person is a radical socialist, and so on.
