Great minds look for good ideas that they can integrate into their expanding mindset. Small minds look for anything they don't like which is contrary to the belief system that they have mindlessly accepted. They then proceed to "throw out the baby with the bathwater" by denigrating the person or the group from which they picked out the unacceptable idea.

Give someone a thought, and they will produce an act; When they sow that act, they will reap a habit; When they sow that habit, they will reap a character; When they sow that character, they will reap a destiny.
